We had a great experience at Affinity. Our dog is very nervous outside of our home and the doctors took their time to really ease into the visit and make her feel as comfortable as possible. We will certainly be using their services in the future.

Affinity saw my puppy right away when I had concerns and 2 other vets had turned us away. The Dr. and vet techs were so nice and explained the situation to me clearly and they took such great care of my baby! Highly recommend this vet!

The vet and staff really care. We had to put our German Shepherd, Leisel, of 12 years down last week. [My wife] has been hand feeding her for over a year; it was way past time. Affinity staff took us right away and tenderly administered to Leisel. Also fixed the flea problem with the rest of our animal house. Also, they charged less than half the price of nearby vets for the service to care for Leisel. I recommend them highly. Very nice people, including the vet.

The building has been totally remodeled and is gorgeous. No waiting for hours to see the vet, the Dr. is always on time and can be reached via email, which is so convenient. All of the equipment is state of the art and you can pay by credit card right in the exam room. I love AVC of Malvern!

We took in Rory on the recommendation of the agency where we adopted our cat. We are happy with the help we received. The veterinarian and nurse were very professional, polite, and had the experience and savvy we were looking for in a practice. We would definitely recommend the services of Affinity.

Very thorough, professional, and courteous doctor and staff. The doctor works methodically and takes the time required to determine why your pet is not feeling well. The diagnoses are accurate, and your pet will be on the mend shortly thereafter.

I want to commend and thank Affinity Veterinary Center, the Dr., and the staff on providing a quality experience for my dog Candy and myself on our first visit. We were welcomed by staff that obviously were animal lovers and were treated with smiles through out the intake process. The vet tech’s assistance during our dogs exam and treatment was no less than supportive, kind, and professional. Dr. was wonderful, and very thorough and is surely someone we now trust totally with our pet’s health. The waiting room is warm and welcoming. Our Candy’s health is important to us, the Dr. and Affinity Vet. Center is where we happily choose to place her care. We are also pleased that they are AAHA accredited not an easy award to earn, which shows that they have met the very highest standards in all areas of animal care.

The Affinity staff is always so helpful and knowledgable. They make me feel like I am a part of a family when I bring my dogs in for care.

This was Belle’s second appointment with Affinity. I found the overall experience to be very good! Everyone is extremely friendly but yet efficient and professional. Belle is treated with gentle care and I’ve been very pleased with the doctor’s advice and professional manner. Yesterday Belle was in to have her teeth examined and cleaned. Great job! Staff was very compassionate and understanding of my dog…who is very stressed and vocal about her stress when it’s time for shots. The facility is set up so that you can complete payment/paperwork in examination rooms to ease the process and avoid any unnecessary stress in the lobby. They took the time to help make this a positive experience for my dog (and me)!!
