To our trusted clients and their pets,
Right now, there is a lot of uncertainty in our world related to the coronavirus variant, and we understand that you may have many questions and concerns. Please know that we will be here for our patients and their families through this difficult time and are OPEN for business.
To accommodate for many of today’s new challenges, we are offering several services that have been in the works for some time now:
Affinity’s TeleVet® Appointments – Want to talk to a doctor from the comfort of your own home? Affinity TeleVet Appointments allow clients to connect with Affinity Doctors through the Medici App. To download the app or learn more, please follow this link here.
Affinity’s Home Delivery Pet Pharmacy – Need your pet’s medications refilled? We will gladly ship your pet’s prescriptions directly from our office. Most medications are delivered to your door within 1-2 days. Parking Lot Pick Ups – If you have concerns about in person contact, our staff will gladly pick up your pet from your car at the time of your appointment. Just make this request when scheduling your appointment and call when you arrive. Our doctors will complete your pet’s exam in the exam room and communicate with you through phone or video calls. Once complete, our staff will return your pet to your car.
We have always practiced the recommended hygiene and cleaning protocols established by the CDC as well as the American Animal Hospital Association. We are continuing to do so with even more diligence at this time. Should you come into the hospital, we will not be shaking hands upon greeting or exiting, we will not be hugging and we will be distancing ourselves and limiting your contact with us and other clients. Please know that we will prohibit anyone who has traveled internationally, who is sick or lives with someone who is sick from entering the building. We ask that you maintain a mentality of safety for yourself and others during this time.

The Affintiy Veterinary Center of Malvern Family
The vet and staff really care. We had to put our German Shepherd, Leisel, of 12 years down last week. My wife has been hand feeding her for over a year; it was way past time. Affinity staff took us right away and tenderly administered to Leisel. Also fixed the flea problem with the rest of our animal house. Also, they charged less than half the price of nearby vets for the service to care for Leisel. I recommend them highly. Very nice people, including the vet.
